The Super full tank is perfect for Monster industrial gates, high security gates and highly ornate gates with very long leaf lengths. This motor would also be perfect for large wind affected gates complete with a 30mm stainless steel piston, 1000 mm stroke and 33,000 N force. Opening time approx 40 seconds, this motor is purpose made longer deliveries expected.
The system is 230Vac and can be controlled by the extremely popular Gate 2 DG Invertor control panel or the new UNIGATE invertor panel. Safety is still a major consideration in this motors construction. Pressure adjustment valves restrict the maximum amount of force the gate motor can use to push the gates. Resistive 8K2 safety edges can be easily added to all SEA control units allowing the Super Full Tank to operate on a continuous basis in complete safety.
Super Full Tanks are usually supplied with UNIGATE invertor panel and RT Rotational Encoder The encoders ensure that the gates always reach the fully closed position no matter what the weather.
