The Gate 2 Invertor panel is a unique 230V single phase control panel for 1 or 2 gate motors, representing the latest revolution in automatic gate PCB design:
- Gate 2 Inv uses a 230V single phase supply, then converts it to a three phase system to drive any manufacturers gate motors.
- Suitable for three phase or single phase sliding or swing up to 750 KW per leaf
- Supplied as standard with Super Full Tank, Super Compact
- Three phase operation removes the need for capacitors so the motors produce little or no heat, allowing SEA motors both new and existing to be ungraded to 100% duty cycle. Half Tank swing gate operator or any sliding gate motor.
- Using the 3 phase system allows gate speed to be adjusted electronically without loss of power.
- Designed to work with SEA Linear or rotational encoders for ultimate Gate safety.
- Improved performance and safety of gate motors in the slow phase of travel. Solves the problem with gates being stiff at end of travel
- Inbuilt timeclock with 4 no. on off setting 24Hour seven day clock to operate an external relay or automatic hold open.
- The separate low voltage section is a single standardised piece and the on board menu follows the same programming system as the existing Gate 1DG and Gate 2 DG range.
- Easy to program, easy to adjust with loads of additional features like time clocks, double directional safety edge inputs, programmable emergency deadman inputs and many more.
- Simple to migrate to or from the original single phase control panels.
