Push Buttons and Keypads
Push buttons and code pads are an excellent way of adding a layer of security to any gate system while still allowing people to interact with them. SEA Control units are compatible with every code pad and push button combination on the market. Some of our favourite code pads are supplied by Videx and Bewator however SEA also manufacture our own wireless code pads and push buttons. Examples of these systems can be seen below.
T1 Code Pad & Combined Card Reader
The T1 code pad comes with a touch activated front panel allowing it to be both stylish and hard wearing. However one of the most useful features is the T1s built in proximity reader which allows for up to 2000 tags to be used by the system. The T1 is externally IP65 rated
T4 Code Pad & Combined Card Reader
The T4 code pad, like its cousin the T1, comes with a touch activated front panel and a built in proximity reader which allows for up to 2000 tags to be used by the system. The T4 is a fully sealed robust unit perfect for external use.
SEA Vandal Resistant Code Pad
SEAs Vandal resistant code pad has been in use for many years. This sturdy code pad can take a lot of punishment and keeps on going. As a fully water proofed unit it is perfect for external use on high security sites.
Bewator K42 and K44
Siemens Bewator range is one of the sturdiest and most dependable code pads on the market. A main stay for most installers and engineers across Europe the K42 is easy to use, reliable and well priced. The K44 brings additional relays and features making it one of the most well rounded code pads on sale.
Videx have an incredible reputation for making some of the best intercom equipment on the market. The 21PS is their standard code pad module in a stand alone enclosure and is probably the most popular code pad on sale in the UK.
SEA Push Button
To open the gates or hold them open sometimes all that is required is a push button or a removable key switch. These low cost options are perfect for letting tradesmen out of the property or holding the gate open if you are expecting guests or a particularly busy day.
